All prices are private pay and quoted per month. Every package includes the same vetted caregivers and the same dedicated care plan — the only difference is how often we’re there.

What every package includes

No matter which level of care you choose, your family receives the full HearthKeeper standard:

The choice between Basic, Enhanced, and Complete is simply how many days a week you’d like us there — the quality and the people are the same at every level.

How the seasonal plan works

Our packages are a seasonal commitment that runs to the end of the calendar quarter. It’s what lets us guarantee the same caregivers, week after week — and we’ve made it fair:

  • 1-month satisfaction guarantee — your first month is risk-free
  • Protection when life changes — the commitment is waived if life changes, such as the passing of a loved one, an extended hospital stay, or a move into a long-term-care facility
  • 30-day notice of non-renewal
  • Private pay — we do not bill insurance or Medicare/Medicaid

Pricing questions

How is pricing quoted?
Monthly. Our packages are $2,200 (Basic, 12 hours/week), $3,200 (Enhanced, 20 hours/week), and $4,300 (Complete, 28 hours/week). Every visit is a full four hours.
Is there a contract, and how long is it?
Yes — a seasonal plan that runs to the end of the calendar quarter. That commitment is what allows us to guarantee the same small team of caregivers each week. It includes a 1-month satisfaction guarantee, a 30-day notice period, and protection that waives the obligation if life changes — the passing of a loved one, an extended hospital stay, or a move into a long-term-care facility.
What is the 1-month satisfaction guarantee?
No family should have to commit to three months with a company they’ve never worked with. Your first month is risk-free — if HearthKeeper isn’t the right fit, you are not held to the seasonal term.
Can I change packages later?
Yes. Many families adjust their package as needs change. We’ll review your plan with you and align changes with your seasonal term.
What if I need more care than the Complete package, or a different schedule?
We’ll build a custom plan. If you need longer visits, more days per week, or a schedule tailored to your family — for example, full days rather than four-hour visits — just ask and we’ll quote it. The same vetted caregivers and standards apply to every plan, custom or standard.
Do you accept insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid?
No. HearthKeeper is a private-pay service. Some families use long-term-care insurance or other personal funds; we’re happy to provide documentation for your own claims.
