So we built a company around long, unhurried visits and a small, consistent team of caregivers, and we made the choices that make that sustainable: we keep our client list intentionally small, and we pay and support our caregivers well so the best of them build their careers with us.
In most agencies, caregivers are treated as interchangeable and stretched thin. We think that’s exactly backwards. Great caregivers are the entire product, and they can only do their best work when they’re respected, well paid, and given the time to actually care.
